Long-cycle thinking

Buildings stand for decades. Technology cycles in five-year increments. We design for the building's full operating life, with deliberate plans for technology refresh and obsolescence built in from the start. Day-one decisions that look efficient often lock in unaffordable operating costs ten years later. We optimise for the lifecycle, not the opening ceremony.

Owner-aligned

We work for the owner, not the contractor, the systems integrator, or the equipment vendor. The advisory fee is the entire economic relationship; no rebates, no kickbacks, no incentives to over-specify. Recommendations reflect what the owner actually needs, even when that means recommending less than the vendor's catalogue.
